I don't know who it is, or indeed if there is more than one person responsible for it.
What I'm talking about is the person(s) who regularly exercise their dog on the park and collects their dog's droppings in a nice llittle bag. Then either leaves is at the side of the path or nicely adorns the trees with the bag!
How gross!
I honestly can't see the point of 'clearing up the mess' in the first palce if you are then going to deposit it as an even nastier peice of litter afterwards!.
I may be wrong, someone may be honestly 'dropping' the bags not knowing that they have during the course of their dog walk.
Whatever the cause however, could you please stop it as its not very nice having to collect it later on your behalf! |

Dragonfly, I've noticed too that the person responsible, is it he or she, is now busy decorating the trees and fences with these rather gross ornaments! Surely it is mch better for all concerned if they were to either leave the offending poo to rot, or to keep it with them and place it in the bins provided.
If anyone knows the identity of our treee decorator please let the group know so that someone can advise him |
