Click on the date to see a copy of the relevent minutes. 2007 11th September 2007 The Committee meet on the third Monday of the month. These meetings are not open to the public but you can find the notes of the meetings shown above. Public Meetings are called at least twice per year and the next Open Meeting is in April 2010. The AGM is a Public Meeting and takes place every Autumn/Winter, usually during October. Please refer to "Diary Dates" for the details.
